Scarecrows in the Garden
Oct. 1 – Nov. 1: Scarecrows in the Garden returns, celebrating autumn with colorful creations created by local families, schools, businesses and community groups from across Atlanta. Celebrating the Garden’s 50th Anniversary, this year’s display also features a special showcase of supersized scarecrows built by past winners.
Fest-of-Ale
Thursdays through October: Stroll the Garden during cool autumn evenings at Fest-of-Ale. Enjoy live music and specialty brews while exploring the Garden’s blooms and Scarecrows in the Garden.
Garden Chef Demos
Select Saturdays at 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m.: During spring, summer and fall in the Edible Garden Outdoor Kitchen, the Garden Chef Demos showcase fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs in simple and mouthwatering recipes. Be inspired to try something new the next time you cook.
Plant. Eat. Repeat. Workshops
Select dates: Enhance your connection to local food during our Plant. Eat. Repeat. workshop series at metro-Atlanta community gardens, a partnership with Food Well Alliance.
